   Temporary Care:
  The venue also offers temporary care service for your child while you choose to run an errand or stay and need some undivided time. This allows parents to cater to their daily or professional work, whilst their children are playing in a safe monitored environment.
   Reasonable Open Hours:
  The regular café / playarea hours start from 11 in the morning till 4 in the evening on most days. However, on Friday’s and Saturday’s, the timing is extended to 8 at night, which allows parents to spend extra time with their children on weekends. But, these hours are flexible and they do open early and close late upon request.
   Free Wi-Fi and Café:
  The venue is equipped with air conditioning, a café for light snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, Television, white board and Projector at reasonable price and even free Wi-Fi. This allows parents to relax and enjoy their work without much planning.

  The Frick Art Museum is an intimately scaled museum displaying an exquisite permanent collection of Italian, French and British paintings, sculpture and decorative arts and hosting
  temporary exhibitions several times a year. The rotunda, with its elegant Italian marble floors and classical teak and mahogany columns, provides a spectacular setting for a small sit-down
  dinner or a larger cocktail reception. The 160-seat auditorium, adjacent to the rotunda, offers an interesting location for meetings or presentations.
  
  For larger events, consider the Great Lawn of Clayton with music and dancing in a tented setting on our gracious grounds, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and towering trees.
  
  What is included in a rental?
  • Venue rental.
  • Two Frick staff members whose function is to protect Frick property and to be available to answer questions
  and assist in an emergency. We do not provide party planning services.
  • Security staff.
  • Restrooms in The Frick Art Museum, and in the Haller House administration building. The location of the
  restrooms you will use depends on the location of your event.
  • Private parking in our secured lot, which includes 75 spaces and 5 handicap-accessible spaces.
  • Water and electricity.

The flexible interior and Clear Story’s creative staff make the Studio an ideal venue for private, corporate and non-profit events.
  
  The newly designed and renovated Studio features a central gourmet kitchen; versatile open floor plan; unique works of art; dramatic ceiling heights; complete audio/visual services (lighting, sound, and projection), and two separate “back-of-house” areas ideal for bartending and catering operations. Clear Story is equipped with an ADA accessible restroom. A metered parking lot is conveniently located across the street.
  
  Daily, nightly, or weekend rentals include event consultation with Clear Story’s Event Coordinator, space preparation, up to twelve hours of access, use of all Studio common spaces and facilities, two Clear Story staff members present for the event, basic Studio lighting and sound system, and post-event cleaning. The Studio can accommodate cocktail receptions for up to two hundred guests, seated dinners for up to one hundred guests, and flexible combinations tailored to the needs of the event.
  
  Clear Story can provide design and technical services, as well as specialty equipment, to enhance your event and accommodate your needs. Additional charges for certain equipment may apply.
  
  A preferred catering and event rental-house list is also available, highlighting Pittsburgh’s creative community, both in the visual & performing arts and vendor services.

  The acoustically-superb “Carnegie Carnegie” Music Hall is an outstanding venue and our regional asset. Patterned after Carnegie Hall in New York, the hall has been home to memorable performances, lectures, wedding ceremonies, music recordings, and much more for well over 100 years.
  This Hall is equipped with a simple light and sound system, and remains a personal favorite performance space of local, national, and international performers.
  
  The Lincoln Gallery (2,360 sq ft)
  The light-filled Lincoln Gallery overlooks the Library & Music Hall’s gracious grounds. This permanent and rare collection of 100 Abraham Lincoln photographs provides a historically poignant setting for your special event.
  This charming, carpeted event space is suitable for: special occasion parties, workshops, seminars, professional demonstrations, and more. May accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit-down service, or 75 guests for cocktail reception.
  
  Studio (2,653 sq. ft)
  Having taken many incarnations, a gym, a dance studio…this spacious exposed brick utility space can accommodate anything from bridal showers and wedding receptions to family events, craft or art shows, rehearsals, community events, or black box theater performances.
