The newly designed and renovated Studio features a central gourmet kitchen; versatile open floor plan; unique works of art; dramatic ceiling heights; complete audio/visual services (lighting, sound, and projection), and two separate “back-of-house†areas ideal for bartending and catering operations. Clear Story is equipped with an ADA accessible restroom. A metered parking lot is conveniently located across the street.
Daily, nightly, or weekend rentals include event consultation with Clear Story’s Event Coordinator, space preparation, up to twelve hours of access, use of all Studio common spaces and facilities, two Clear Story staff members present for the event, basic Studio lighting and sound system, and post-event cleaning. The Studio can accommodate cocktail receptions for up to two hundred guests, seated dinners for up to one hundred guests, and flexible combinations tailored to the needs of the event.

Main Bierhalle - Our main dining room is designed in the style of a real German beer hall, featuring wood paneling, long handmade, solid wood tables and benches, and a copper-topped bar. The Ratskeller – A cozy space decorated with rich dark wood paneling, colorful stained- glass windows, and a direct view of our large beer tanks in the Lager Keller. The Ratskeller also features its own private bar. Seats up to 60 guests.
The Biergarten - This unique outdoor space boasts a quaint European feel, with its cobblestone courtyard, wrought iron gates, and flower boxes. Stage AE is the second indoor/outdoor concert venue in America. Modeled after its predecessor, the LC Pavilion in Columbus Ohio, Stage AE features state-of-the-art lighting, acoustical systems and an innovative reversible stage.
