Jean Therapy celebrates the sophistication of master musicians like Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell (Shadows & Light), Santana, Burt Bacharach, Stevie Wonder & Sergio Mendez with their own modern interpretations of yesteryear tunes. The collaborators also love to play with classic jazz standards and upbeat songs of today - often stripping more modern pieces down to their smooth roots. Musically partnered for ten years, vocalist Jean Lenke and guitarist Dan McKay head up this music project. Their musical chemistry is evident in the interplay and dynamics of the group’s performances as a duo, combo, or full six-piece band.
